Position title: Territory Manager or Business Development Specialist
Location: Shanghai or Chengdu
Job Responsibility:
-Develop business plans to meet established objectives, and implement the sales processes
-Lead and direct distributors' sales force in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives
-Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors
-Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan
-In conjunction with Customer Services and the Distributor Business Development group, manage credit performance of direct customers
-Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring
compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety,
Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls.
Requirement:
-Bachelor or Master degree holders in mechanical
-Good command of spoken/written English
-Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed.
-2-5 years in reputable companies (local or foreign)
-Experience in metal equipment builder or sales experienced, Particular distributor management and added advantage
Additional information:
1)Travelling within China is needed. It will require travelling at 3-4 times a month.
2)No subordinate
3)This position reports to Area Manager – East China, Industrial Lubes or Business Development Manager, Industrial Lubes.

5)Working location is Shanghai or Chengdu
